Fixes #529 : fixed stamina abnormal. added fall to death.
...
Stamina is still WIP.
- Currently stamina consumption is not affected by the use of foods, talents, or the environment.
- Charged attacks do no require stamina yet.
- Will be fixed tomorrow.
