Fix warning in pytest (#4803)

Escape backslashes in pydocs containing '\*' (markdown escape sequence).
This removes the one warning I saw when running `pytest`:

    /mitmproxy/mitmproxy/http.py:97: DeprecationWarning: invalid escape sequence \*
