a69d602087 Hex and verbatim output of requests. 
This works by sniffing traffic through the socket, so always gives us the exact
traffic sent upstream.

3e96015e61 Add SetHeaders, analogous to ReplaceHooks, with a graphical editor in mitmproxy (H shortcut). 
SetHeaders defines headers that are set on flows, based on a matching pattern.
Existing headers are over-ridden.
