luoshuijs ec42cde7b8 🐛 Fix semaphore synchronization issue in WikiModel async generator ... In `WikiModel.full_data_generator`, the semaphore wasn't being decremented appropriately when the scraping task faced an exception, potentially causing threads to wait indefinitely.
